I help support the people, processes, and initiatives that keep our firm moving forward. In my role as Business Services Manager, I work closely with leadership, advisors, and the internal teams to help improve operational efficiency, support the advisor experience, and help ensure firm-wide projects are executed with care and consistency. My goal is to be a reliable source behind the scenes so our advisors and teams can stay focused on serving clients well.
I’m driven by the opportunity to make things better, whether that means improving a process, supporting a team member, coordinating a meaningful project, or helping bring a new idea to life. I enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on execution and love the challenge of creating clarity, consistency, and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Outside of work, you can usually find me near the Everett Marina, going for a run or bike ride with my son, Asher. I also love spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, visiting wineries, and finding little ways to enjoy the PNW.
