Responsibilities:
- Assist Financial Planner in preparing for and conducting client meetings and regularly monitor clients’ financial situations with attention to detail and accuracy
- Involvement in all aspects of pre-client meeting activities, including data gathering, preparation of meeting agendas, client paperwork, Investment Policy Statements, and asset allocation.
- Post-client meeting tasks, including performing financial situation analysis, and coordinating planning implementation with outside professionals if necessaryAssist in trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts (including one-off trades, raising cash, bi-weekly rebalances, and tax loss harvesting).
- Deliver financial planning advice for high-net-worth clientele

Primary Responsibilities
Client Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up:

Position Overview
This is a professional position that will primarily focus on supporting Financial Advisor teams across the Mainspring network by completing operational, account maintenance, paperwork, and service-related tasks. This individual will be part of the Business Support Team and will work directly with advisor teams to gather needed information, complete assigned task work, and help ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
This individual will work alongside other Client Support Services Associates to manage the overall task load for advisor teams. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the confidence to work independently while also collaborating closely with team members.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track various new account, account maintenance, transfer, cash movement, and service-related tasks while maintaining a high caliber of internal customer service.
- Support multiple Financial Advisor teams across the Mainspring network by completing task work submitted through the Business Support Team.
- Communicate effectively with advisor teams regarding missing information, clarification needs, task status, and follow-up items.
- Help ensure requests are completed accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
- Review task requests carefully to determine what action is needed and identify any additional information required before processing.
- Partner with Client Relationship Managers to gather client information or documentation when needed.
- Research and resolve operational questions or issues that may impact account servicing, task completion, or the overall client experience.
- Maintain organized records of assigned work, pending items, and completed tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other Client Support Services Associates to balance workload and support team goals.
- Assist with account opening, account updates, paperwork preparation, DocuSign requests, account servicing, and other operational support needs.
- Interface with appropriate internal parties to ensure client-related tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, documentation, and processes within the Business Support Team.
- Support advisor transition and onboarding-related projects as needed.
