HOW DO YOU PLAY THE ROLE OF A MAINSPRING IN OUR CLIENTS’ LIVES?
My primary role with clients is to act as an advocate for pursuing what is most important to them. As their advocate, I enjoy working with them to put in place strategic plans that identify their goals – both big and small – and enable them to pursue those goals. As a collaborative team at Mainspring, we enjoy providing objective advice we believe both empowers the client and also fulfills what is most important to them.
WHAT DRIVES YOU?
In spending my time in Bellevue and leading our Langley office, I love that I don’t go to a “job.” Instead, I do what I love. Having the opportunity to wake up each morning and know that I get to help clients pursue their goals, live with financial confidence, and have a greater impact on the world, is what makes what I do each day my passion.
HOW DO YOU SPEND TIME OUTSIDE OF WORK?
My time outside of Mainspring is often spent enjoying cycling, surfing, traveling, and new experiences with my friends and family. I love spending time with loved ones exploring the outdoors, hiking, or simply experiencing a new restaurant! Often on these adventures I am accompanied by my precious 3-year-old standard poodle, Ray. My favorite guilty pleasure entails an evening with friends watching the Bachelor or Bachelorette. I enjoy using my professional soccer background to give back to the local soccer community both in the PNW and in Mexico. I am also passionate about expanding the environmental impact opportunities for my clients/community and enjoy giving my time to a handful of local non-profit Boards in supporting their efforts in this space.

† The Forbes Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-In-State rankings, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criterion, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered are under 40, have a minimum of four years’ experience, and the algorithm weighs factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass the highest standards of best practices. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings. Compensation provided for using the rating. The Research Summary (as of August 2024) included: 45,996 nominations for all rankings, based on thresholds, 24,832 invited to complete online survey, 21,368 telephone interviews, 5,176 in-person interviews at advisors’ location, 1,545 virtual interviews and 4,081 individuals considered, and 1,621 individuals won the Next-Gen ranking.
