HOW DO YOU PLAY THE ROLE OF A MAINSPRING IN OUR CLIENTS’ LIVES?

My primary goal as a relationship manager at Mainspring is to make the client is taken care of and that we have their best interest in mind. I strive to be as knowledgeable as possible, so our clients don’t have to worry if they have any questions or issues that come up. I’m the person that they will talk to first in most situations, and I want them to feel comfortable knowing that we’ll get them taken care of.

WHAT DRIVES YOU?

Not much compares to the feeling I get when I know I’ve genuinely impacted someone in a positive way. I find a great amount of enjoyment when I’ve helped someone with an issue they are experiencing, questions they may have, or any concern that have come up. I’m the type of person who will go out of their way to do someone a favor and that carries over to the work I do at Mainspring.

HOW DO YOU SPEND TIME OUTSIDE OF WORK?

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, daughter, and out two big dogs. I love taking our daughter to get donuts at her favorite place in Issaquah, Legendary Donuts. The giddy excitement she shows knowing that we’re going to get her favorite treat is one of the best parts of those days that we take her. I also enjoy listening to a nice podcast while working around the house and reading a book when I’m relaxing. Probably my biggest interest outside of work are sports, pretty much any major sport I’ll watch if it’s on and most video content I consume is usually related to sports.
