Linda Carleton
Client Service Support
How do you play the role of a mainspring in our clients’ lives?

I try to treat our clients as though they are my close friends. Opening accounts, processing paperwork and dealing with clients’ funds – and doing so efficiently – are very important responsibilities and ones I don’t take lightly. I try to give each client the same experience I would like to have if our positions were reversed.

What drives you?

Doing a good job is of utmost importance to me and to my sense of self. Because work is such an important part of our lives, my goal is that at the end of the day, I know I have made a positive contribution – for clients, financial advisors and fellow staff members. I also enjoy training new employees and find it rewarding to see them become successful in their new positions.

How do you spend time outside of work?

Most of my personal time is spent on Colvos Passage at a beach cabin that was passed down in my husband’s family. If I’m not working, that is where I want to be. I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, and look forward to spending more time traveling now that I am semi-retired and working part time.
